Why we can’t just go back to the ways things used to be
If the last few years of a global pandemic and growing divisiveness have taught us anything, it is that change happens, whether we are ready for it or not. We should and can expect that life will never be the same as what it was before the pandemic, before racial unrest, before partisanship at school board meetings. In this session, you will learn strategies for not only communicating through change, but also to communicate for change. Learn how effective communication can help to inform and engage your stakeholders so that they can help you lead the changes you need for your students and school.
