First impressions may not be everything, but let’s face it, they can leave a big impression on how we feel about an organization. We appreciate that the front-line staff in our schools have many responsibilities and tasks, but one of the most important is how they respond to the “customers” they encounter. This training will help participants understand the power they have as front-line staff, provide strategies for dealing with difficult people, and gain effective communication skills that can be applied to a variety of situations.
